Important Japanese Multinational is looking for an HR Assistant. The role is office-based in Santiago, Chile and An advanced (C1 or bilingual) english level is required for the position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the entry of new personnel (request of documents for hiring, preparation of contracts, induction, severance payments, annexes, etc). employees in the HR system related to: Previred, ACHS, Cajas de compensación, personnel folders, etc. (within the established deadlines).
- Support in the process of payment of remunerations and its derivatives (review of the external company process).
- Control of attendance and benefits
- Control of training management and coordinate the implementation of courses for staff, managing their registrations.
- Support in corporate events and milestones of the company; support in various activities of the area.
- Labor legislation and compensation management
- Performed HR and compensation functions.
Qualifications
Technician in HR Administration or related career.
2 to 4 years of experience in general HR and compensation functions.
Knowledge in labor legislation and compensation management.
Proficiency in oral and written English at an advanced level
Soft Skills: Proactive, charismatic, leadership, confidentiality, effective communication, problem solving, detail oriented and reasoning skills.
